I am guided by the principle that true well-being emerges from meaningful relationships and believe working collaboratively with clients will guide them to foster deep, authentic connections with themselves and others.
I hold a Master of Counselling from Gonzaga University, as well as bachelor’s degree in Community Rehabilitation and Disabilities Studies from the University of Calgary. I possess over 20 years professional experience including working with neurodiverse children and their families, youth homelessness, and family reunification. I have a newly found love of supporting couples to rediscover themselves and each other, as well as for our Older Adult population.
My client-centred, collaborative practice is informed through a strength- and attachment-based lens. I integrate a variety of therapeutic techniques with a focus on trauma. I am passionate about meeting you where you are, helping to navigate life’s challenges, whether you’re seeking to heal from loss or trauma, anxiety/depression, addressing relationship concerns, ADHD, life transitions, or simply find a sense of belonging, and achieve personal growth.
