I hold a Master of Counselling from Gonzaga University, as well as bachelor’s degree in Community Rehabilitation and Disabilities Studies from the University of Calgary. I am passionate about meeting you where you are, helping to navigate life’s challenges, whether you’re seeking to heal from loss or trauma, anxiety/depression, addressing relationship concerns, ADHD, life transitions, or simply find a sense of belonging, and achieve personal growth.
